Do you think Ford will lower Bronco prices?

My Bronco build got scheduled less than two months after I ordered it. I’ve noticed a lot of Broncos at my local Ford dealership, and it seems like demand might be dropping. Do you think Ford will lower the prices?

Not on custom builds, but I could see $1000 off for 2023 models sitting at dealerships.

At the dealerships near me, 2023 Broncos are $3-4k below MSRP and 2024s are $1k off.

MSRP for my exact build is now $8,500 more than my 2022 model. I waited a long time to get my price protected. I paid MSRP and got a 3.6% rate for 66 months, locked it just before rates went up. I also got $1300 in Ford points for their top issue. Prices definitely have room to drop.

I got mine in Oct 2021, 1.99% for 80 months. I’m in no rush to pay it off :smirk:.

That’s great to hear! Where are you located?

Ohio. For some reason, the used base models here are priced at or slightly above MSRP.

Probably because Ford stopped making the base model, so it’s kind of rare now.

Same in Florida. I saw a $4k discount without even going in to negotiate.

It’s not exactly ‘cutting prices,’ but both my girlfriend and I really miss the base model. She’s driven the Big Bend, but can’t justify the extra $7k. We waited over a year to order a two-door manual, but when it was finally allowed, they dropped the model we both wanted.

Used ones are still selling for more than MSRP, which is crazy.

I get why they cut the base. All the models now have the big screen and vinyl. There’s not much difference between the base and Big Bend.

Depends on how excited people get for the new 4Runner.

It won’t matter. The 4Runner will be super expensive and marked up, making the Bronco seem cheap in comparison.

Bronco is in a different market. Taking the doors and roof off is huge for me. Plus, I think the Bronco looks better, and that 2.7L engine is just as reliable as any Toyota turbo engine.

Are you talking about the Land Cruiser or the 4Runner?

Both.

People seem to forget that dealerships used to have actual inventory before COVID.

I doubt Ford will lower the MSRP. But depending on demand and inventory, you might get better deals or incentives from the dealerships.
