I’ve started with some basic upgrades. Anyone got suggestions for tires or wheels? I want something aggressive, around -12 or -18 offset. Appreciate the help
@Zed
Scs f5s?
Yes Sirrrrr!
I want to get them for my 2 door red wt but idk if they’ll look good
I’d say go for it!
While doing my research, I came across someone running 17x9 with a -38 offset, but I personally think that’s too much poke, so I chose 17x8.5 with a -10 offset instead.
I also noticed someone running KMC Lobos, which are quite similar to the SCS F5/Gen5 wheels. They might catch your interest too.
One thing to note—when it comes to the F5/Gen5 wheels, I think center caps are a must. I had a brief chat with one of the SCS founders, and they mentioned that the F5s were designed without center caps in mind. But since these wheels aren’t hub-centric, I think they look off without them. You can easily find 3D-printed center caps on Etsy and install them. I’ve been using one for nearly a year, and it still looks great, even after some serious off-roading.
@Zed
I think it might’ve been you that I saw post of the sc5s on the bronco like a year ago unless there’s another blue one. What size tires are you running?
@Zed
Dude just 2 more inches is MINT -18 might be the deal. I’ve seen it somewhere
Do you have a photo without the nose cut off? This is a clean looking bronco.

Haha thanks - I felt the same

I got the same RC rock sliders on my carb gray WT. Love the angular look. They also do a pretty great job at deflecting rocks.

Nice rock slider too! Finally used it but got a pretty scratch on the underside
