If I had a nickel for every time someone asked about this, I’d be rich.
Ford has a fix, but the noise usually comes back after a while.
I just think of it as a backup noise alert. Way louder than those fake white noise sounds other cars make.
Ah, the beautiful sound of a Bronco Sport backing up.
My 2021 Badlands does the same thing. It’s so annoying.
You can take it to the dealer and get it ‘fixed’ if it’s bothering you.

Ask them to look up TSB 23-2308. I had it done, but the noise came back after two months. I live in a humid area, so that might be why.

I did that, and they told me it’s just normal.

Go back or try another dealer. They can add extra bushings to stop the vibration causing the sound. Mine was fixed two years ago, and it’s been silent ever since.

It’s ‘normal’ for Bronco Sports… not for cars in general.

They won’t fix it. I’ve been dealing with this for two years, and it’s still unresolved.

The fix worked for me. Maybe try another dealer to make sure they did it right. Mine’s been noise-free for two years, even with the humidity here.
