Finally tackled the JKS Max Tire Kit install and threw in a Mikellis 1” body lift while I was at it. Here’s the setup: 2023 Wildtrak SAS with Ford Performance beadlocks, RPG lift collars (2.25” front, 1.5” rear), Turbosmart blowoff, 37x12.5 BFG KO2 tires, 1” Bora spacers, and GOAT sliders. Just waiting on the performance tune now. Finally got to hit some trails after trimming those mounts!

Just pull the hose and plug the intake side. Instant sound effects.

You won’t notice it with normal driving, only kicks in when you really step on it.

I’m interested too but heard there can be some downsides… got me second-guessing putting one on my Bronco.

Downsides? I’ve mostly heard good things, especially with a pro tune. You can adjust the blow-off angle for less noise if needed. It’s only noticeable when you’re really pushing it or going uphill.

Premium gas isn’t required just for a blow-off valve, only with a pro tune. The valve just makes noise, that’s all.

Our ‘23 Badlands 2.3 is my wife’s daily and she loves the blow-off (I do too). You mostly hear it if you rev around 3500 and then ease off. You get little sounds other times, but that’s the sweet spot.

Haha, they’ve saved me more than once. Pricey, but they’re worth it.
Were you planning to add a bumper that’s lighter but stronger too?
