I would absolutely LOVE this. I took a picture of my new model next to an old Bronco II the other day and it made me want one all over again.

I’ve been wanting a Bronco II for ages. My dad had one when I was a kid, and I learned to drive stick on it… though it had a slipping clutch, so I ended up driving every manual car like it had a bad clutch :joy:

Also, I think Ford missed the mark by not naming the Bronco Sport the ‘Bronco II’. Same with calling the Mustang Mach-E a ‘Maverick’ and giving the current Mavericks the name ‘Courier’ :man_shrugging:

I LOVE Bronco IIs! My dad has had one forever. I call my Sport ‘The Bronco III’ since it’s not as off-road capable but handles everything else great. I’d love a Bronco II with some modern features and Sport-like MPG.

Although, maybe the Badlands version can hold its own against the II off-road. I haven’t tested that yet.

The Bronco Sportster actually came out before the Bronco II, which might explain why they called it Sport. But I totally agree with the rest of your post.

Looks great! Maybe add an actual fender instead of just a decal. I’d definitely be jealous seeing that around.
