Anyone able to tell what size lift this is?

Hey everyone!

I just got a 2022 Outer Banks and noticed it has a lift. Does anyone know what size it might be? I’m thinking about removing it since my mpg is down to 14.

Also, any suggestions for tires that give it a tough look but don’t require a lift? Thanks a lot!

Looks like it’s lifted around 1-2 inches. Seems taller than a SAS model.

Probably a SAS lift with smaller tires. If you go with SAS-size tires, it’ll look more balanced.

Thanks for the tip!

Hard to say about the lift without getting a closer look underneath, but I’d start by removing the winch and switching to all-terrain tires to get better mileage.

Any specific recommendations for the size of all-terrain tires?

What size are you running now?

They’re 295/70r18—pretty sure that’s a 35.

The KO2 and KO3 tires are solid choices, but there are plenty of other good ones too.

Try placing a broomstick across the roof and measure from there to the ground. Then compare that height to the stock model with the same tire size.

The lift itself won’t really impact your fuel mileage.

Check if your speedometer is calibrated for the new tire size. If the tires are larger than stock, the speedometer could be off, which would also affect the odometer and fuel economy readings. Getting 14mpg sounds really low—I doubt the lift alone would bring it down that much.

@Tory

That’s what I thought too! I’ll need to take it in to be sure.
