About to buy a Big Bend… what do you think?

Here’s the breakdown of my deal:

MSRP: $48,090
Discount: -$2,528
Rebate: -$2,000
Trade-in: -$17,000

Money Difference: $27,261

I’m trading in my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with 95K miles. Does this sound like a fair deal to you all?

Yeah, sounds good to me.

If you’re getting a Bronco under MSRP, that’s a win in my book. Some folks on here paid MSRP or even more. Honestly, if you’re happy with the deal and it fits your budget, that’s what matters. Everyone has different opinions, but at the end of the day, the only person you need to satisfy is yourself (and maybe your partner if you have one). If the Big Bend makes you happy, then go for it.

@Whitney
Totally agree, a good deal is all about how it feels!

That’s a bit on the higher side for a Big Bend. What options did you add?

Looks just like my Big Bend! Love mine, but I kinda wish I had gotten the Sasquatch package or at least the rear locking diff. Open diffs are fine for most off-road stuff, but that last 5% of hardcore trails is so much easier with a locker. Also, adding a hitch would’ve been nice since I tow dirt bikes occasionally, and it’s a hassle to install one after the fact.

@Harmon
That’s a nice setup. 4-door hardtop? I just wish it came with a manual.

Did you get the $2,000 Jeep conquest rebate?

Yep, got the Jeep conquest.

Nice, trust your gut on the deal!

Seems a little high. My Black Diamond was $44k with all the bells and whistles.

Are you getting any financing deals? I know Jeep was offering some. Curious if they matched it since the market’s been rough lately.

I checked out a Jeep Sport S, but the price difference with the Big Bend was only a few hundred bucks. Both had similar equipment, but I found the Big Bend’s setup more appealing in terms of ride and comfort. The dealer offered 6.9% for 72 months, but that was too high for me. I found a better rate at Navy Federal, 4.79% for 72 months, and after I register the Bronco, I’m refinancing with Climb FCU at 3.99% for 84 months. It’s all about getting that lower payment for me, and 3.99% is a pretty solid rate these days.
