I’ve been waiting on the 2024 Wildtrak, but now that I hear it’s being discontinued, I’m not sure if I should go for it. I was looking forward to an updated model in the 2025 lineup. What do you all think? Is it still worth buying, or should I wait for next year’s version?
How much do you care about the Wildtrak name? From what I’ve seen, you could pretty much build a Wildtrak by getting a Badlands, adding SAS, and the HOSS 3.0 upgrade. Plus, if you go for the 2025 model, you might get some extra features, like the rumored big digital cluster.

I’m not sure what trims will be out in 2025, but one reason I went with the Wildtrak instead of adding stuff to a Badlands is that I wanted carpet. It’s not the best carpet for a $60K vehicle, but I’m happy with my choice.
@Gracen
Do you get the automatic sway bar disconnect with the Badlands?

Does it come with power seats?
@Gracen
I saw another post about the 2025 ordering guide, and there wasn’t any mention of the digital cluster. Could be that it’s still a surprise though!

I just found out the digital cluster and rear AC vents are confirmed. It’s all in the full order guide PDF.
@Gracen
I don’t get why you’d upgrade the Badlands with all that. Just get the Wildtrak, it comes with everything stock.
@Gracen
You might save some money sticking with the 2024 Wildtrak and maybe even get some financing deals.
The 2025 model might be more expensive, so that’s something to think about if you’re on the fence.

Yeah, I’m guessing the 2025 Badlands with similar features to the Wildtrak will be about $73K or more, so I’m leaning toward the 2024 Wildtrak. But I’m waiting for the official 2025 pricing before making a decision.
@Zeek
The Wildtrak is being replaced by the Stroppe edition. Looks like they’re dropping a few models in 2025. I’m glad I got my 2023 Wildtrak two-door, no regrets!
If the Wildtrak fits what you need, I’d go for it instead of waiting for a model you’re not as excited about.
We’re not talking about a whole new model. They could bring it back in 2026 or later. If the Wildtrak works for you now, just go for it.
Cars lose value over time anyway, so why not go for the Stroppe edition when it replaces the Wildtrak?
I recently bought the Black Diamond with the mid-grade package. I was surprised to hear they’re dropping it as a stand-alone model and making it just a package. Wonder what that will do to the value of these trucks.
