2024 Ford Bronco price hike … is it worth it?

With Ford dropping the base model Bronco and the price now starting at over $41K, do you think it’s still worth it? I was considering it, but now I’m second-guessing if I should just look elsewhere. Thoughts?

This sucks. The base was the only one I wanted. I’m not paying extra for a bunch of features I’ll never use. Guess I’ll check out Wranglers again. I can get a 2-door with a hard top and half doors for less than $35k, and they don’t take forever to build.

Don’t forget you’ll end up spending on angry front bumpers and colorful halo lights too.

You’re also gonna need that budget lift kit and some wheel spacers.

My friend, we get our lift kits straight from Beijing on Amazon.

Funny story… I had a coworker who did just that. It worked fine until it failed miserably 6,000 miles later.

Who could’ve possibly seen that coming? :person_facepalming:

Honestly, 6k miles sounds better than I expected.

Don’t forget the black XD rims. They’re a must! :joy:

Ford’s just doing what makes money. Can’t really blame them, but it’s super frustrating for people like us who want simpler, cheaper options.

My brother finally got his base 2-door after waiting 2 years. He flipped it to Vroom and made an $8k profit.

No, I’ll blame Ford. They’re the ones who decided this. It didn’t happen magically.

A Bronco Raptor costs $91k now? That’s wild.

It’ll cost me $0 because I’m not buying that nonsense.

Prices on all cars are crazy now. By the time this generation is done, I bet it’ll hit $100k.

Honestly, this just pushes me closer to buying a Wrangler instead.

Bronco never really had a chance to outsell the Wrangler. Jeep’s brand is just too strong.

I’m leaning toward the 2024 Wrangler Willys. It’s cheaper, comes with heated seats and steering, and doesn’t have that weird tachometer.

Ford did the same thing with the Maverick. They marketed it as a sub-$20k truck, but those prices didn’t last long either.

People will pay whatever it costs and wait as long as it takes to get one. Ford knows this.
