Hey everyone, I’m looking to buy a Ford Bronco and need some help. I really want a two-door with Blindspot detection and adaptive cruise control. There are so many models and I’m not sure which one has these features. I drive a lot, so I want something reliable, comfortable, and good in all weather. I’ll probably buy from Carvana, so I need to know what year and model I should be keeping an eye on.
If you’re talking about the Bronco Sport:
- Blindspot detection comes standard.
- Adaptive cruise control is part of the Co-Pilot360 Assist+ package, available on all trims except the Base.
For the bigger Bronco:
- Blindspot detection is included in the Mid Package on all trims except Base.
- Adaptive cruise control comes with the Lux package, which is available on Outer Banks, Badlands, Heritage Limited, Wildtrak, and First Edition trims.
Adaptive cruise control isn’t tied to a specific trim. It’s part of the High/Lux package. For 2024, you can only get the High/Lux package on Outer Banks, Badlands, and Wildtrak, or it comes standard on Heritage Limited. It’s probably similar for earlier years. If you want a more road-friendly Bronco, go for Outer Banks with the High/Lux package.
Good luck with your search!
I’ll go against the crowd and say maybe don’t get the big Bronco. It’s not super comfortable (seats are okay but it’s noisy inside), and it gets pretty bad gas mileage. I get less than 20mpg in my 2-door V6, mostly driving in the city. The Bronco Sport might suit you better.

Which Sport model do you recommend? Thanks for the advice, and by the way, love your username!

As of 2024, all Bronco Sport trims offer the Assist+ package, which includes adaptive cruise. The trim levels are mostly about style more than performance.

Just curious, why are you set on a Bronco? One of the key features is the removable roof. I’ve owned both the Bronco and Sport.

I don’t know why you think the Bronco is loud unless you haven’t used a vehicle with a removable roof before. It’s actually pretty quiet compared to similar vehicles like a Jeep.
