How much of a discount on MSRP for a Bronco … any tips?

Planning to buy a Bronco this week. Prices are finally starting to drop here in the PNW. Looking at a 4-door, hard top, Outer Banks model. Managed to negotiate $6,000 off MSRP so far. Does that sound decent? Think I could get more off?

I got a 2023 Badlands with the SAS package for $11,000 off MSRP.

Nice! If you don’t mind me asking, what was your final price? I love the Badlands too, but trying to pay in full, so I can just barely afford the Outer Banks. Badlands around here are close to $70k.

@Vince
I paid $52k, came to $55k out the door. Got a SAS 2-door with V6 and high package.

I paid $47k for my Outer Banks that I custom ordered two years ago. Got the hard top, high package, 4-door, towing package, and 6-cylinder. If you get it around $48k with similar options, I’d say that’s solid.

Depends on the trim. I just paid sticker price for a 2-door Heritage. The lot was filled with round fender trims.

Picked up my 2023 Wildtrak 4-door in Area 51 color with the LUX package for $58,858 about 45 days ago. Had to drive over an hour to a smaller town to get it, though.

Might be worth waiting another six months.

Looking at $53,300 out the door after 9.8% sales tax, title, and fees. It’s a 4-door, hard top Outer Banks with the Mid package and 4-cylinder engine. Does that seem like a fair price?

Sound Ford is offering $6,000 off on their site. You could try to get $8k or $9k off, especially if some of those Outer Banks have been sitting on the lot for a few months.

I called them up and said I’d buy an Outer Banks for $50k out the door if they could make that work. Salesperson seemed like it was possible, but then the sales manager called me back, saying they could only drop it another $2k if I had a trade-in. Told him I had no trade, and he just said there was nothing he could do and hung up.

@Scout
Been checking those listings. Have you ever worked with them? Seems like a lot of places aren’t willing to negotiate much beyond the advertised discounts.

That’s a decent deal! You could try for tax and title included. I got around $5k off waiting until the end of the year since dealerships are trying to hit their yearly bonuses then and are more likely to give a lower price.

@Jensen
I was planning to wait until the end of the year for a better deal, but I ended up selling my car for an offer I couldn’t pass up, so I’m car shopping now.
