How did you set it all up? Are the lights battery-powered? And how did you attach the bow?

I used 10 strands of 15’ tinsel from Target and wrapped them around the tire, connecting them with small zip ties. After that, I added the lights and ran the cord under the back window seal and into the car, plugging it into an outlet under the back seats. For the bow, I used two connected zip ties to secure it. Same here! The idea hit me after I was done, so I ran back to Target
